Adam is Head of Product at Co-op Digital, where he’s working with multidisciplinary digital teams to reimagine cooperativism in the 21st century.
Adam specialises in Product Management, and has a fascination in behavioural economics and psychology, and how they influence the products we build and the products we use. Adam's previously led teams at Travelex and Walmart, specialising in mobile apps, and the use of apps to bridge the physical/digital divide in brick-and-mortar retailers. Outside of work Adam runs Product Tank Manchester.
Spenser is the co-founder and CEO of Amplitude, a product analytics company which helps businesses understand their users' behavior so they can build better products. Amplitude works with leading product and growth teams including Venmo, Postmates, and Twitter. Spenser founded Amplitude in 2012 after first building an Android app with his co-founder and discovering that the available analytics solutions couldn't give them the user insights they needed. Before that, Spenser worked as an algorithmic trader with DRW Trading Group and studied Bioengineering at MIT.
Gadi Lahav is Head of Product for FT.com at Financial Times, a pioneer news subscription with 930,000 subcribers. He has led the development of the new FT website, the fastest publisher website worldwide, winner of Best Website of The Year by British Press Awards and Newsawards, and Best Use of Technology by Digiday and INMA. Prior to that he was Senior Product Manager at Amazon, Director of Business Development at Wochit and VP Digital of Haaretz, Israel's leading quality publisher.
Michelle Kim is Vice President, Marketing at Amplitude, the product analytics company. Michelle is known for building teams and programs for high-growth, awareness and scale. Prior to Amplitude, Michelle led the global demand generation efforts at Okta. She has also held leadership positions at Mashery (now, TIBCO), Heroku / Salesforce and OB10 (now, Tungsten Network). She was also named "50 Women you need to know in MarTech", "The Top Marketing Operations Leaders You Should Know" and "59 Female Marketing and Growth Experts You Should be Following."
David currently works for Formula 1 heading up digital research and analytics, working across areas including the F1 website & app re-launch, and the launch of the brand new OTT service ‘F1 TV’. The research team at F1 has only been in existence for little over a year, but the fan insights they’ve captured have been pivotal in further developing a much loved international sport both online and offline.
Tina Yazdi is a Success Manager at Amplitude with an interest in scaling customer-facing functions. Prior to Amplitude, she was a Market Launcher at unicorn ride-hailing app Careem, where she focused on scaling operations in the Middle-East. She's also worked with bluechip companies struggling to catch up their digital experiences to their customer expectations. She loves Product Analytics and is waiting for the day a fully integrated "metrics for your entire life" product comes on the market.
