Suzanne is currently VP of Product at AppNexus, a technology platform that powers much of the advertising that keeps the open web free — including, occasionally, the ads from that marketer whose algorithm didn't realize you already bought those dang shoes. Suzanne has been thoroughly researching, ecstatically imagining, feverishly designing, zealously testing, eagerly monitoring, and gruelingly commercializing products for over ten years. For a year or two she could also include “ghoulishly coding” but no need to examine her github. She oversees the delivery of enterprise products that customers love, or at least like-like, for the likes of eBay, Walmart, Microsoft, ESPN, Spotify, and WPP. She believes good specs - to reward careful reading - should include haiku. Pre-AppNexus, Suzanne founded and led a design shop specializing in product strategy, user experience design, and brand identity for corporate and nonprofit clients.
